This stunning, 9th floor double unit is perfect for two to four guests and features a private bedroom with ocean view, a full bathroom with shower, a studio murphy bed with another full bathroom with tub. On office area is provided for your convenience with a printer and large screen.
As a preferred 01 oceanfront unit you are away from the Kaimana Beach Hotel and above the noise of Kaimana Beach. The location is higher than adjacent buildings giving total privacy and exceptional expansive views.
The unusual 40’ long oceanfront lanai offers outdoor living and dining with expansive views of Waikiki and Kaimana Beach below mirrored at each end to give you never ending views in both directions. The beautiful beach is accessible from the first-floor walkout directly to the sands of Kaimana Beach. Among the swaying palm trees, Sans Souci Beach offers a tranquil setting ideal for sunbathing, swimming, and leisurely strolls along the shoreline. Water enthusiasts are lured by the array of activities available, including snorkeling, surfing, and other aquatic adventures. Beach chairs and umbrellas and beach towels are included for your use.
You'll find everything you need in the well-equipped kitchen. Diamond Head is known for its incredible dining options including the seaside Hau Tree Terrace in adjacent New Otani Kaimana Beach Hotel, Michels at Colony Surf, the Outrigger Canoe Club, and the Elks Club just steps away.
The unit provides all modern amenities including Wi-Fi, cable televisions and Sonos to enjoy high-quality sound throughout (Sonos app required).
Waikiki is an easy walk giving you access to world renown shops, dining options, and vibrant nightlife. You can take a leisurely walk to the Diamond Head Lighthouse/Lookout or Diamond Head State Monument, which offers breathtaking views of the island from the top. You can explore expansive Kapiolani Park across the street with tennis courts, picnic areas and serving as a haven for outdoor recreation and a variety of events.

A covered parking space is provided for your rental car but if you prefer to use a car share, Hui Car Share has cars readily available adjacent to the parking garage and The Bus runs frequently island wide with clean safe transportation.  Hop on Hop Off bus tours are also located nearby.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation policy.
• Rentals less than 30 days. Cancellations must be emailed 30 days prior to check in date. If you email your cancellation 30 days before your check in date you will receive a refund of your deposit less a non-refundable $100 processing fee and the original 3.5% Credit Card processing fee. Cancellations within 30 days are subject to forfeiture of full deposit and any other monies you have paid for your dates that you have reserved.
• Rentals more than 30 days. Cancellations must be emailed at least 45 days prior to check-in date. If you email your cancellation at least 45 days before your check in date you will receive a refund of your deposit less a non-refundable $100 processing fee and the 3.5% Credit Card processing fee. Cancellations within 45 days prior to arrival are subject to forfeiture of the full deposit and any other monies paid.

• We will try to re-rent your dates reserved so that we can make a refund to you. However, if the dates are not re-rented, your monies paid will be forfeited
• For reservations and bookings moved ahead up to 15 months from the date of check-in, there are no fees or penalties. However the booking remains nonrefundable.

Deposit Policy

Rentals of less than days require a 30% deposit at the time of booking, with the balance payment due 30 days prior to arrival.
Rentals of more than 30 days require a 10% deposit at the time of booking, with the balance payment due 45 days prior to arrival
