The amazing unobstructed ocean, park and city views from the windows and large lanai in this condo on the 10th floor make this an exceptional find in Waikiki! The condo sleeps up to 4 guests comfortably.

You'll love watching the sunsets and the Friday night fireworks (around 7:30 to 8:30) from here or just enjoying beverages while you look at the views! It is a corner unit, great size and on the quiet side of the Luana Waikiki Hotel located on the famous Kalakaua Avenue. Beautifully updated this condo has everything you need for a wonderful stay. There is a full-size kitchen (dishwasher, microwave, large refrigerator, stove/oven). The kitchen is fully equipped, including a coffee maker, electric hot water kettle, blender, rice cooker, toaster, BBQ tools, and all dishes and cookware. The modern Hawaiian style living room furniture is new and the Sofabed could sleep 2 guests The comfortable king bed, six-drawer dresser and night stand in the bedroom are also modern Hawaiian style.

The Luana Waikiki Hotel at the Gateway to Waikiki. It overlooks the beautiful Ft. DeRussy Park and is an easy 10-15 minute walk from the beach. Our guests do not pay a resort fee. (See information below about luggage storage as it is not provided by the Luana Hotel for our guests). The hotel amenities include free WiFi; a saltwater heated pool with chaise lounges and cabanas; a state-of-the-art exercise gym overlooking the pool; community BBQ grills with seating; ATM; ice machine;.

You don't need to rent a car, but if you do we are including 1 FREE dedicated Parking spot for you! Exploring Waikiki from here without a car is convenient because it is easy to walk or take buses and taxis. There are two convenience stores and a gas station in the same block as the Luana. There are many excellent restaurants and shops very close by including the "Luxury Row" with Tiffany's, Chanel, Coach, Gucci, and Yves St. Laurent. Cancellation policy.
• Rentals less than 30 days. Cancellations must be emailed 30 days prior to check in date. If you email your cancellation 30 days before your check in date you will receive a refund of your deposit less a non-refundable $100 processing fee and the original 3.5% Credit Card processing fee. Cancellations within 30 days are subject to forfeiture of full deposit and any other monies you have paid for your dates that you have reserved.

• We will try to re-rent your reserved dates so that we can make a refund to you. However, if the dates are not re-rented, your monies paid will be forfeited
• For reservations and bookings moved ahead up to 15 months from the date of check-in, there are no fees or penalties. However the booking remains nonrefundable.

Deposit Policy

Rentals require a 10% deposit at the time of booking, with the balance payment due 30 days prior to arrival.
