Beautifully decorated and well-maintained studio for families and friends looking to stay in Waikiki. Studio at the Aloha Surf Condo/Hotel offers accommodations for up to 4 guests. Food pantry and international market a block away. The beach is a three-minute walk.

Unit has two queen beds with a double-size sleeper sofa. Kitchenette has a microwave, coffee maker, mini fridge, and kitchenware. Renovated bathroom with beautiful light fixtures, stand-up shower, and closet to stow away clothing. Balcony views of the city.

The property is elevator accessible. Laundry facilities are located in the basement. Also located on site are a pool, light gym equipment next to the lobby, spa, bar, and restaurant. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation policy.
• Rentals less than 30 days. Cancellations must be emailed 30 days prior to check in date. If you email your cancellation 30 days before your check in date you will receive a refund of your deposit less a non-refundable $100 processing fee and the original 3.5% Credit Card processing fee. Cancellations within 30 days are subject to forfeiture of full deposit and any other monies you have paid for your dates that you have reserved.
• Rentals more than 30 days. Cancellations must be emailed at least 45 days prior to check-in date. If you email your cancellation at least 45 days before your check in date you will receive a refund of your deposit less a non-refundable $100 processing fee and the 3.5% Credit Card processing fee. Cancellations within 45 days prior to arrival are subject to forfeiture of the full deposit and any other monies paid.

• We will try to re-rent your reserved dates so that we can make a refund to you. However, if the dates are not re-rented, your monies paid will be forfeited
• For reservations and bookings moved ahead up to 15 months from the date of check-in, there are no fees or penalties. However the booking remains nonrefundable.

Deposit Policy

Rentals require a 10% deposit at the time of booking, with the balance payment due 30 days prior to arrival.

Such a great place! My two friends and I stayed here 4 nights and was close to everything! Just a short 5 min walk to the beach and the bus stop is close as well (which can take you everywhere). The place was clean and quiet and would totally recommend!
