Cancellation policy: Cancellations must be emailed 30 days prior to check in date. If you email your cancellation 30 days before your check in date you will receive a refund of your deposit less a non-refundable $100 processing fee and the original 3.5% Credit Card processing fee. Cancellations within 30 days are subject to forfeiture of full deposit and any other monies you have paid for your dates that you have reserved. We will try to re-rent your dates reserved so that we can make a refund to you.
However, if the dates are not re-rented, your monies paid will be forfeited
For reservations and bookings moved ahead up to 15 months from the date of check-in, there are no fees or penalties. However the booking remains nonrefundable.
A 30% deposit is required at the time of booking, with the balance payment due 30 days prior to arrival.
Rate varies due to seasonality and holidays.

“I knew the location of this property was perfect, but once we entered the rental it was better than what we expected. We felt safe in the building and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Everything was within walking distance and when we did get around to driving and exploring the island it was pretty easy to get to the highway from our Airbnb. I would definitely recommend this rental to everyone and will definitely try to stay here again.”
“This location can't be beat! You can see the beach and the zoo from the window and is really mere steps away from food and the water, what more can you ask for? The apartment itself is comfortable, clean and has what you need for your stay. The beach towels and chairs were much appreciated. The staff at the hotel are generally very friendly as are the other guests. We originally reserved parking but ended up parking at the zoo across the street ($1/hour or free for electric vehicles). Mark was great and had Joey deliver what we needed very quickly. Our flight was also really delayed and we didn't get in until the wee hours of the morning. Mark left the lights and air conditioning for us, thank-you for being so considerate and prompt! Would definitely stay here again!”
