This 1 bedroom queen suite plus sofabed with kitchenette comes well equipped with microwave, a coffeemaker & toaster, Perfect for those longer stays when you want to cook. Beach towels in suite, with beach chairs and snorkel gear upon request.

This comfortable 12th floor 1 Bedroom Suite offers solid sliding dividers if required to separate the living area sofabed from the bedroom.

The fully equipped kitchenette offer everything you need to cook at home while on vacation with microwave, toaster, coffee maker and all dishes, mugs, cups & utensils.

We offer Beach Towels & chairs for use during your stay and can even loan snorkel gear and boogie boards to assist in keeping those vacation costs to a minimum.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation policy.
• Rentals less than 30 days. Cancellations must be emailed 30 days prior to check in date. If you email your cancellation 30 days before your check in date you will receive a refund of your deposit less a non-refundable $100 processing fee and the original 3.5% Credit Card processing fee. Cancellations within 30 days are subject to forfeiture of full deposit and any other monies you have paid for your dates that you have reserved.

• We will try to re-rent your reserved dates so that we can make a refund to you. However, if the dates are not re-rented, your monies paid will be forfeited
• For reservations and bookings moved ahead up to 15 months from the date of check-in, there are no fees or penalties. However the booking remains nonrefundable.

Deposit Policy

Rentals require a 10% deposit at the time of booking, with the balance payment due 30 days prior to arrival.
