You can walk to the beach, zoo, aquarium and all the attractions in Waikiki.

The bus stop is across the street where you can get transportation to most any place that you wish to see on the island. There is a tour desk in the lobby where you can get directions and information about tours and other attractions you might want to visit.

The condo has two Queen beds, kitchenette with a cook top, fridge, coffee pot and toaster. You will be able to have TV and free Wifi in your room. You have a full bath with a tub and shower combination. There is also a closet and a chest for your clothes.

The condo has been recently renovated and furnished. All the dishes and utensils are furnished and all the towels and linens are furnished. The lanai has a mountain view.

Cancellation policy.
• Rentals less than 30 days. Cancellations must be emailed 30 days prior to check in date. If you email your cancellation 30 days before your check in date you will receive a refund of your deposit less a non-refundable $100 processing fee and the original 3.5% Credit Card processing fee. Cancellations within 30 days are subject to forfeiture of full deposit and any other monies you have paid for your dates that you have reserved.

If you email your cancellation at least 45 days before your check in date you will receive a refund of your deposit less a non-refundable $100 processing fee and the 3.5% Credit Card processing fee. • We will try to re-rent your reserved dates so that we can make a refund to you. However, if the dates are not re-rented, your monies paid will be forfeited
• For reservations and bookings moved ahead up to 15 months from the date of check-in, there are no fees or penalties. However the booking remains nonrefundable.

Deposit Policy

Rentals require a 10% deposit at the time of booking, with the balance payment due 30 days prior to arrival.
