With all new floors, furniture & furnishings this fully equipped studio offers everything you need for a weekend getaway or a month long business trip.

Brand New quite sliders , a 'super cool' ductless A/C & fast WiFi are all new in 2020.

The kitchenette area with new duel built in stovetop, microwave, toaster & coffee machine makes cooking a meal a breeze. All Pots, Pans, dishware & cutlery are of course included.

From the HD TV with included cable, to the ample USB charging points we really did try and think of everything to make your stay at our home away from home a pure pleasure.

The updated pool area has a new bar/bistro and ample chairs and loungers for those days you decide not to tour the island or relax on Waikiki Beach just 3-4 mins from our property.

Though most of our guests with throw on a T-shirt, shorts & hit the beach or local entertainment! We do have an iron and ironing board in the closet for last minute wedding prep or that first interview. Again we really did try and include everything you'll need. 🙂

You will truly enjoy your stay in the condo and have a vacation to remember at this one of a kind hotel in the heart of Waikiki.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation policy.
• Rentals less than 30 days. Cancellations must be emailed 30 days prior to check in date. If you email your cancellation 30 days before your check in date you will receive a refund of your deposit less a non-refundable $100 processing fee and the original 3.5% Credit Card processing fee. Cancellations within 30 days are subject to forfeiture of full deposit and any other monies you have paid for your dates that you have reserved.
• Rentals more than 30 days. Cancellations must be emailed at least 45 days prior to check-in date. If you email your cancellation at least 45 days before your check in date you will receive a refund of your deposit less a non-refundable $100 processing fee and the 3.5% Credit Card processing fee. Cancellations within 45 days prior to arrival are subject to forfeiture of the full deposit and any other monies paid.

• We will try to re-rent your reserved dates so that we can make a refund to you. However, if the dates are not re-rented, your monies paid will be forfeited
• For reservations and bookings moved ahead up to 15 months from the date of check-in, there are no fees or penalties. However the booking remains nonrefundable.

Deposit Policy

Rentals require a 10% deposit at the time of booking, with the balance payment due 30 days prior to arrival.
