Property Details

We are so lucky to be able to offer this fully remodeled studio, Queen bed studio at this great price.
Not only are all the appliances (including full cooker) brand new, The studio itself is only 1 1/5 minutes from Waikiki Beach!

With a comfortable bed and ample space to lounge around watching the HD TV and enjoying the free WiFi after a hard day at the beach, this place is hard to beat.
We're even throwing in Free parking (which can be up to $30 per day in the local area). This property sleeps up to two guests in total comfort.

The modern and bright bathroom was also fully remodeled and we welcomed our first guests on July 1st 2018 - They loved what we'd done to the place!
Beach Towels, Chairs and snorkel gear are also here for your use and there are coin-op laundry facilities onsite should you need them.

We do have a private Lanai off the bedroom. It's not the best view in the world but hey, you'll be at the beach or discovering Waikiki and the rest of our island, but it's there when you want it 🙂

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation policy.
• Rentals less than 30 days. Cancellations must be emailed 30 days prior to check in date. If you email your cancellation 30 days before your check in date you will receive a refund of your deposit less a non-refundable $100 processing fee and the original 3.5% Credit Card processing fee. Cancellations within 30 days are subject to forfeiture of full deposit and any other monies you have paid for your dates that you have reserved.
• Rentals more than 30 days. Cancellations must be emailed at least 45 days prior to check-in date. If you email your cancellation at least 45 days before your check in date you will receive a refund of your deposit less a non-refundable $100 processing fee and the 3.5% Credit Card processing fee. Cancellations within 45 days prior to arrival are subject to forfeiture of the full deposit and any other monies paid.

• We will try to re-rent your reserved dates so that we can make a refund to you. However, if the dates are not re-rented, your monies paid will be forfeited
• For reservations and bookings moved ahead up to 15 months from the date of check-in, there are no fees or penalties. However the booking remains nonrefundable.

Deposit Policy

Rentals require a 10% deposit at the time of booking, with the balance payment due 30 days prior to arrival.
