Cancellation policy.
• Rentals less than 30 days. Cancellations must be emailed 30 days prior to check in date. If you email your cancellation 30 days before your check in date you will receive a refund of your deposit less a non-refundable $100 processing fee and the original 3.5% Credit Card processing fee. Cancellations within 30 days are subject to forfeiture of full deposit and any other monies you have paid for your dates that you have reserved.
• Rentals more than 30 days. Cancellations must be emailed at least 45 days prior to check-in date. If you email your cancellation at least 45 days before your check in date you will receive a refund of your deposit less a non-refundable $100 processing fee and the 3.5% Credit Card processing fee. Cancellations within 45 days prior to arrival are subject to forfeiture of the full deposit and any other monies paid.

• We will try to re-rent your reserved dates so that we can make a refund to you. However, if the dates are not re-rented, your monies paid will be forfeited
• For reservations and bookings moved ahead up to 15 months from the date of check-in, there are no fees or penalties. However the booking remains nonrefundable.

Deposit Policy

Rentals require a 10% deposit at the time of booking, with the balance payment due 30 days prior to arrival.

"Waikiki Beach and close to the sea with a beautiful view of the mountains and can see great hostel! A wonderful night of the mountain at night, during the day and cool sea! Lay in bed and being able to see the ocean, so I was happy! I love Hawaii, thanks also to the hostel! 20-30 minutes from the airport and close to shopping center, walk around as it was really good! Also want to visit again and I want to choose this awesome House!! It was a wonderfully beautiful honeymoon trip.

“This Pacific Monarch apartment is clean, tidy a good-sized room to spread out and relax. Centrally located in Waikiki, it is perfectly situated to take advantage of all the shopping, dining and beaches, while still being closer to Diamond Head to enjoy the wonderful hike to the top. Advanced fitness should walk from the Pacific Monarch, otherwise, catch a bus to the base & go from there. Good views of the beachfront & Diamond Head, and all the beautiful city lights at night.”
