Very comfortable King Bed 5th floor Studio Suite at the Diamond Head Beach Hotel Includes TV, HD Cable and WiFi. Breakfast nook food prep./coffee area Shower/Tub combo.

Suite 503 is a quite unit at the Diamond Head Beach hotel, Relaxing and comfortable with King Bed and large couch (not sleeper sofa) - The suite benefits from having a desk w/lamp & chair, ideal for working from home or just catching up on a few emails.
The solo sink bathroom is bright and clean and has a shower/tub combo.

Ample closet space for those slightly longer stays including hanging space for clothes and drawers in the bedroom area.

Our guests get full access to the outdoor shower to rinse off after a swim, the stunning oceanfront gardens with plenty of chairs and sun loungers. There are also steps to the left of our property into the ocean offering a sandy bottom swimming area.

Limited Parking is also offered at the property - Please ensure to request parking current pricing at time of booking and confirm if needed once your reservation has been confirmed

Guests enjoy the no cost benefit of a large ice machine available on the garage level should you need to chill a cooler prior to heading to the beach.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation policy.
• Rentals less than 30 days. Cancellations must be emailed 30 days prior to check in date. If you email your cancellation 30 days before your check in date you will receive a refund of your deposit less a non-refundable $100 processing fee and the original 3.5% Credit Card processing fee. Cancellations within 30 days are subject to forfeiture of full deposit and any other monies you have paid for your dates that you have reserved.
• Rentals more than 30 days. Cancellations must be emailed at least 45 days prior to check-in date. If you email your cancellation at least 45 days before your check in date you will receive a refund of your deposit less a non-refundable $100 processing fee and the 3.5% Credit Card processing fee. Cancellations within 45 days prior to arrival are subject to forfeiture of the full deposit and any other monies paid.

• We will try to re-rent your dates reserved so that we can make a refund to you. However, if the dates are not re-rented, your monies paid will be forfeited
• For reservations and bookings moved ahead up to 15 months from the date of check-in, there are no fees or penalties. However the booking remains nonrefundable.

Deposit Policy

Rentals of less than days require a 30% deposit at the time of booking, with the balance payment due 30 days prior to arrival.
Rentals of more than 30 days require a 10% deposit at the time of booking, with the balance payment due 45 days prior to arrival
