Perfectly situated on the 8th floor and on the quiet side of the building with A/C and fast free WiFi.
In 2020 our suite was totally revamped with a new modern interior & furnishings throughout, every detail to ensure maximum comfort along with elegant style.

Please note this is strictly a non smoking building, unit and lanai. No exceptions to ensure a clean, comfortable and healthy environment for all guests and residents.

This property is elevator accessible and all guests have access to the on site parking if required, (order separately after booking, from the front desk), pool and laundromat. Also available on site is IHOP (International House of Pancakes).

We enjoy interactions with our guests and strive to meet their requests for assistance with directions and information about what to see and do. We have respect of our guest's boundaries and allow them their experience without interruption if preferred.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation policy.
• Rentals less than 30 days. Cancellations must be emailed 30 days prior to check in date. If you email your cancellation 30 days before your check in date you will receive a refund of your deposit less a non-refundable $100 processing fee and the original 3.5% Credit Card processing fee. Cancellations within 30 days are subject to forfeiture of full deposit and any other monies you have paid for your dates that you have reserved.
• Rentals more than 30 days. Cancellations must be emailed at least 45 days prior to check-in date. If you email your cancellation at least 45 days before your check in date you will receive a refund of your deposit less a non-refundable $100 processing fee and the 3.5% Credit Card processing fee. Cancellations within 45 days prior to arrival are subject to forfeiture of the full deposit and any other monies paid.

• We will try to re-rent your reserved dates so that we can make a refund to you. However, if the dates are not re-rented, your monies paid will be forfeited
• For reservations and bookings moved ahead up to 15 months from the date of check-in, there are no fees or penalties. However the booking remains nonrefundable.

Deposit Policy

Rentals require a 10% deposit at the time of booking, with the balance payment due 30 days prior to arrival.
