Beautifully remodeled hotel room comfortably accommodates four adults and is located steps from Waikiki Beach and the Hilton Lagoon. Everything is within easy walking distance!

This unit comfortably accommodates four persons with all new furnishings. Two queen beds, cable TV, FREE WIFI, air conditioner, private balcony, kitchenette with microwave, coffee maker, mini-fridge, hair dryer, iron and board, full bathroom. All linens with bath and beach towels are included as well as bath amenities.

This property is elevator accessible and all guests have access to the on site parking lot for $25/night (check with front desk for availability), pool and laundromat. Also available on site is IHOP (International House of Pancakes).

I enjoy interactions with my guests and enjoy striving to meet their requests for assistance with directions and information about what to see and do. I have respect of my guest's boundaries and allow them their experience without interruption.

Cancellation policy.
• Rentals less than 30 days. Cancellations must be emailed 30 days prior to check in date. If you email your cancellation 30 days before your check in date you will receive a refund of your deposit less a non-refundable $100 processing fee and the original 3.5% Credit Card processing fee. Cancellations within 30 days are subject to forfeiture of full deposit and any other monies you have paid for your dates that you have reserved.
• Rentals more than 30 days. Cancellations must be emailed at least 45 days prior to check-in date. If you email your cancellation at least 45 days before your check in date you will receive a refund of your deposit less a non-refundable $100 processing fee and the 3.5% Credit Card processing fee. Cancellations within 45 days prior to arrival are subject to forfeiture of the full deposit and any other monies paid.

• We will try to re-rent your reserved dates so that we can make a refund to you. However, if the dates are not re-rented, your monies paid will be forfeited
• For reservations and bookings moved ahead up to 15 months from the date of check-in, there are no fees or penalties. However the booking remains nonrefundable.

Deposit Policy

Rentals require a 10% deposit at the time of booking, with the balance payment due 30 days prior to arrival.

This place was located very close to shopping and restaurants! It was about 20 minute walk from Waikiki Beach so walkable just not super close. It was basically a hotel room. Only negative I would say is the size of the bathroom. It was tiny and hard for two people to get ready at once- otherwise everything else was great! Jade included a some fun beach amenities that were nice too include boogie boards and sand mat!
