Be one of the first to experience the new International Market Place (Opening Late August 2016) and enjoy everything Waikiki aka the "Manhattan of the Pacific" has to offer, with world-class shopping, fine dining, and nightlife.

The Aloha Surf Hotel has a swimming pool, picnic and barbecue area, exercise area, and a great open-air lobby. The condo is located next to the Food Pantry, which is the only large grocery store in Waikiki.

Located on the corner of Kanekapolei and Ala Wai Blvd, you are moments from the Ala Wai canal and green belt for its enjoyable walking and jogging, watching the paddlers, and tropical breezes. And the Ala Wai has the free parking option.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation policy.
• Rentals less than 30 days. Cancellations must be emailed 30 days prior to check in date. If you email your cancellation 30 days before your check in date you will receive a refund of your deposit less a non-refundable $100 processing fee and the original 3.5% Credit Card processing fee. Cancellations within 30 days are subject to forfeiture of full deposit and any other monies you have paid for your dates that you have reserved.
• Rentals more than 30 days. Cancellations must be emailed at least 45 days prior to check-in date. If you email your cancellation at least 45 days before your check in date you will receive a refund of your deposit less a non-refundable $100 processing fee and the 3.5% Credit Card processing fee. Cancellations within 45 days prior to arrival are subject to forfeiture of the full deposit and any other monies paid.

• We will try to re-rent your reserved dates so that we can make a refund to you. However, if the dates are not re-rented, your monies paid will be forfeited
• For reservations and bookings moved ahead up to 15 months from the date of check-in, there are no fees or penalties. However the booking remains nonrefundable.

Deposit Policy

Rentals require a 10% deposit at the time of booking, with the balance payment due 30 days prior to arrival.
