• Easy and safe walking access to Waikiki, lovely beaches, restaurants, shopping, farmers' markets, live music, art fairs, Honolulu Zoo, and Waikiki Aquarium.
• Play pickleball on free-lighted courts or go hiking with our complimentary gear.
• Spend a day at Kaimana beach. Complimentary backpack cooler (with free ice), beach chairs, and towels to make your beach day easy and comfortable.
• Take in a stunning Hawaiian sunset with a glass of wine at our western-facing oceanfront garden with plenty of outdoor lounge furniture.
• Cool off in the ocean with steps leading down to the water and an outdoor shower to rinse off.
Note: There is limited indoor parking at the property - Please request parking at the time of booking to reserve your spot. Easy and affordable public parking is also available across the street at Kapiolani Park.

Our guests get full access to the outdoor shower to rinse off after a swim, the stunning oceanfront gardens with plenty of chairs and sun loungers. There are also steps to the left of our property into the ocean offering a sandy bottom swimming area.

Limited Parking is also offered at the property - Please ensure to request parking current pricing at time of booking and confirm if needed once your reservation has been confirmed

Guests enjoy the no cost benefit of a large ice machine available on the garage level should you need to chill a cooler prior to heading to the beach.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation policy.
• Rentals less than 30 days. Cancellations must be emailed 30 days prior to check in date. If you email your cancellation 30 days before your check in date you will receive a refund of your deposit less a non-refundable $100 processing fee and the original 3.5% Credit Card processing fee. Cancellations within 30 days are subject to forfeiture of full deposit and any other monies you have paid for your dates that you have reserved.
• Rentals more than 30 days. Cancellations must be emailed at least 45 days prior to check-in date. If you email your cancellation at least 45 days before your check in date you will receive a refund of your deposit less a non-refundable $100 processing fee and the 3.5% Credit Card processing fee. Cancellations within 45 days prior to arrival are subject to forfeiture of the full deposit and any other monies paid.

• We will try to re-rent your dates reserved so that we can make a refund to you. However, if the dates are not re-rented, your monies paid will be forfeited
• For reservations and bookings moved ahead up to 15 months from the date of check-in, there are no fees or penalties. However the booking remains nonrefundable.

Deposit Policy

Rentals of less than days require a 30% deposit at the time of booking, with the balance payment due 30 days prior to arrival.
Rentals of more than 30 days require a 10% deposit at the time of booking, with the balance payment due 45 days prior to arrival
